Tournament Formats

New ways to run your shop's tournaments, with a live bracket on the TV.

Formats

• Single elimination: 8, 16 or 32 players. Lose once and you're out; final and 3rd-place match.
• Double elimination: 8, 16 or 32 players. Losers' bracket and a grand final, over several days.
• Round robin: 8, 12 or 16 players. Everyone plays everyone, over several days.
• Swiss + top cut: Swiss on day one, top 8 knockout the next day.
• Swiss: the game's own format, fixed (below).
• Pick one on the Host Tournament screen or QOL ShopOS's Tournament page.

Features

• Live bracket on the tournament TV. Ctrl+B shows the whole bracket on screen.
• Several-day events: players come back each morning with the same faces and records.
• The final draws a crowd of customers and free staff.
• Knocked-out players shop, stay to watch, or go home.
• Swiss fixed: no rematches, and OMW / OOMW tiebreaks that count every opponent.

With Shop Prestige

• Every finished tournament adds a little Prestige for good.
• The final's crowd grows with your tier; whales and wealthy customers come to watch.

With Customer Loyalty

• Regulars enter and play as themselves, with their names on the bracket.
• Top players who shop afterwards may become regulars.

With Days of the Week

• Pick the weekday your tournament is played on; a full tournament waits for its day.
• Friday to Sunday tournaments: extra shoppers and 10% more at the till.

With Days of the Week & Shop Prestige

• Weekend tournaments earn a sponsorship at Prestige 3 ($10,000+) and 4 ($100,000+).

With Customer Loyalty & Shop Prestige

• Regulars come in to watch the final.

Settings

Default format, rounds a day, the final's crowd, knocked-out players, the Swiss fix, the TV bracket, window key and look, and the tournament-day options: BepInEx\config\dimwits.tournamentformats.cfg or the F1 Configuration Manager.

Install

Install with Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman and launch the modded profile. BepInEx is installed as a required dependency.

For manual installation:

• Install BepInEx 5 (x64).
• Copy the BepInEx folder from the zip into the game folder.

Uninstall: delete BepInEx\plugins\TournamentFormats. Finish or cancel any tournament first.
