Added an ice resurfacer unitBase that can be spawned via UCM, along with 3 abilities to switch the body paint of the ice resurfacer and toggle the control lever attachment.添加了一个可通过UCM调出的冰车兵种模型(unitbase)，以及3个技能用于切换冰车的车身喷漆和安装冰车的操纵杆。
