You prob arent reading this but, if you wanna make a mod like this in the future sometime, all you gotta do is, download USTManager, extract it, add it into C:\Users\User\Downloads\ULTRAKILL\USTs , after you do so, load up the game, exit it, and look at the USTs file. There should be a txt file called, "template" in the "Template" file, open a new folder, and look for what level you wanna do in the txt file, then after you do that, add mp3, ogg, M4A, (any types of audio files) and add that there, so for example I'll use this mod. It should look like "{ "Name": "BLOOD DRAIN", "Author": "FRIEND", "Description": "What is this. Some kind of... Blood drain?", "levels": { "global": { "gab2nd_intro2": "BloodDrainGabeIntro.mp3", "gab2nd_outro": "BloodDrainGabeOutro.mp3" }, "6-2": { "boss": "BloodDrainGabeFight.mp3" } } }" when you set it up. Afterwards, load up into ultrakill, open settings, audio settings, and press on 'Manage USTs', click on the UST you want and press 'ok' at the bottom right of your screen. and there you go! If you wanna install my mod and get it to work, just go into the config folder and look at the config file for USTMan, should look like: C:\Users\users\Downloads\ULTRAKILL\BepInEx\config\dev.zeddevstuff.ustmanager.cfg , in there turn UpdateBasedSwappingEnabled to true and save the txt file.
