Skill XP Requirement Multiplier

The vanilla progression curve is kept intact and the configured multiplier is applied to the final XP requirement.
| Configuration | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
EnableSkillXpCostPatch |
false |

SkillXpCostMultiplier |

Disable Food Stat Decay
Normally, food bonuses gradually decrease while the food is active.
When this feature is enabled, Health, Stamina and Eitr bonuses remain at their full value for the entire food duration.
Food duration itself is not changed.
| Configuration | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
enableFoodDecayPatch |
true |
Prevents food stats from decreasing over time |
Forge of Potential Tweaks
Allows you to modify the chance of an item being permanently destroyed when using upgrade idols in the Forge of Potential.
The normal success and downgrade mechanics remain unchanged.
| Configuration | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
EnablePotentialForgePatch |
false |
Enables the custom Forge of Potential break chance |
BreakChance |

| Patch disabled | Vanilla break chance is used |
Setting BreakChance to 0 removes the possibility of permanently losing the item while keeping the other Forge of Potential outcomes intact.
Map Exploration Radius
Allows you to customize how much of the map is revealed around the player while exploring.
Valheim normally reveals the map within a radius of approximately 100 meters around the player.

EnableExplorationRadiusPatch |
false |
Enables the custom map exploration radius |
ExplorationRadius |
100 |
Exploration radius in meters |
Examples:

|---|---|
50 |
Half the vanilla exploration radius |
100 |
Vanilla exploration radius |
200 |
Twice the vanilla exploration radius |
500 |
Five times the vanilla exploration radius |
This only changes the fog-of-war discovery radius. It does not change the game's render distance.
