Lineajes Race
Do you want to play as an Orc, Elf, Draenei, Dwarf, Tauren, Eternal, Werewolf, or another race? With this mod, you can!
Lineajes Race adds a system of playable lineages with unique appearances, stats, status effects, abilities, and mechanics. The mod is still undergoing extensive testing on our Discord servers, so its values may continue to change.
The stats and bonuses were initially balanced for our server environment. All feedback, bug reports, and balance suggestions are welcome.

Main Features
Race Selection Interface
The mod now includes a race selection interface. It is no longer necessary to choose a lineage by directly consuming a racial potion.
To open the interface, interact with the Lineage Mirror.
Current Interface Controls
- Interact with the Lineage Mirror.
- To scroll through the list, hold the right mouse button and drag the mouse upward or downward.
- Select the race you want to use.
- Confirm your choice.
The interface will continue to be improved in future updates with a more professional design, new images, and more convenient navigation.
Permanent Races
The selected race becomes permanently linked to the character and remains active even after death.
A regular player cannot freely remove their race. This prevents constant lineage switching and makes the choice more meaningful within the server.
A race can only be removed through one of the following methods:
- A command used by an administrator.
- The Lineage Reset Bottle.
Lineage Reset Bottle
The Lineage Reset Bottle allows a player to abandon their current race and choose a new lineage through the Lineage Mirror.
| Item | Prefab |
|---|---|
| Lineage Reset Bottle | LNE_Botlereset |
Under normal operation, the bottle must be present in the player's inventory before they can make a new race selection.
By default, an administrator can obtain it with the spawn command and give it to players according to the needs of the server:
spawn LNE_Botlereset 1
The configuration file can also be used to define:
- Whether the bottle can be crafted.
- Its crafting materials and requirements.
- Whether Haldor can sell it.
Server-Side Race Locking
Administrators can individually enable or disable races through the Azathoth.LinejaeserasRace.cfg file.
A disabled race will not appear in the selection interface. This allows the mod to be adapted to the lore, progression, balance, or rules of each server.
Configuration and Customization
Most parts of the mod can be modified through the Azathoth.LinejaeserasRace.cfg file or by using a compatible manager such as Configuration Manager.
Among other values, you can configure:
- The stats and attributes of each race.
- Status effects and bonuses.
- Racial abilities and passive effects.
- The duration, chance, and cooldown of certain abilities.
- Available or disabled races.
- Spirit damage received by players.
- The behavior, crafting recipe, and sale options of the Lineage Reset Bottle.
For the best results after changing the configuration, it is recommended to restart the game or server.
The mod is still in testing and this is not the final version of its balance.
Special Abilities and Mechanics
Tauren: Stomp
By pressing G, the Tauren performs a powerful stomp.
The attack has a chance to apply a stun status effect to nearby enemies. It can also affect other players when PvP is enabled.
The following values can be changed through the configuration:
- The chance to apply the stun.
- The duration of the stun.
- The ability cooldown.
- Whether the ability is enabled or completely disabled.
Eternal: Temporary Immortality
By pressing G, the Eternal gains temporary immortality or invulnerability for several seconds.
The following values can be changed through the configuration:
- The duration of the effect.
- The ability cooldown.
- Whether the ability is enabled or completely disabled.
Werewolf: Fenring Transformation
The Werewolf normally retains a human appearance. By pressing V, the player can transform into a Fenring.
Its stats, status effects, and other racial properties can also be modified through the mod configuration.
Spirit Damage for Players
Players can now receive Spirit damage.
This behavior is configurable and can be enabled, adjusted, or disabled according to the needs of each server.
New Hairstyles
New hairstyles have been added to expand the visual customization options available for characters and their lineages. Some hairstyles are designed to suit specific races better than others.
Unique abilities may be added to additional races in future updates.
