ModdedWithAchievements

Stops cheated items from spreading their cheated mark to everything they touch, and re-enables Steam achievements while the game is modded.

Stops cheated items from marking other items, drops, ore, stacks, containers and crafting station output.
Re-enables Steam achievements while the game is modded.
Hides the cheated marking on tooltips of items that were already flagged in an existing save.
Both behaviours are toggleable in the config file.
