First release.

• Hover the level number of an open crafting station for a tooltip of the upgrades you have not built yet.
• Upgrades are split into those you could build with what you carry and those you know but lack materials for; each shows its materials, with the amounts you are short of in red as have/need.
• A count of the upgrades you have not discovered yet, without naming them (Show Undiscovered Count, on by default).
• Optionally the upgrades already built, dimmed (Show Built, off by default).
• Works for any station with extensions, vanilla or modded, since the upgrades are read from the build tools' piece tables.
