Pet Protection New
A Valheim 1.0 replacement build based on Selective Pet Protection 0.2.2 / the working 0.2.3 compatibility repack.
Changes in 1.0.1
- While a tamed pet is in blue-shield stun recovery (
isRecoveringFromStun), incomingCharacter.RPC_Damageis ignored at the target-side damage handler before normal damage/AI processing runs. - Replaces the previous 1.0.0
Character.Damageinterception; only one damage interception point is used. - The original recovery timer and original
MonsterAI.UpdateSleepwake sequence remain in control. - If the protection mode is changed away from the blue stun shield while the pet is recovering (including Shift+T), the same original recovery-finish/wake sequence is used immediately as a manual escape/reset.
- No patches to
MonsterAI.Wakeup,MonsterAI.OnDamaged, follow/target/movement AI, and no extra recovery timers or ZDO keys.
Existing controls
Shift+T: cycle protection on the hovered tamed creature.!stun: blue shield / stun recovery protection.!god: immortal protection.!none: remove protection.
