Added a new button called "4-step Cleanup items & Optimize Fps" below is each step & what it does

1. Destroy Ground Items (Networked)
2. Clear Smoke particles (Client-side visual lag)
3. Clear Ragdolls/Corpses (Client-side physics lag)
4. Force Memory Flush to fix stuttering (force cleans the garbage collector now instead of waiting - instantly clears RAM)

Your game may freeze for 1-5 seconds while the game performs the 4 step process.
