• The final "Server restarting now" never appeared on a real restart. The server was being stopped before the message could go out, so it is now sent a couple of seconds early.

• Restart warnings on screen at 90, 60, 30, 10 and 5 seconds, and again when time runs out.
• Daily restart times. Set DailyRestarts to 00:00,12:00 and Gjallar counts down to them.
• Signal file for unplanned restarts. Write a timestamp and a reason and Gjallar announces it.
• Countdown marks, wording, poll interval and signal file path are all configurable.
• A restart announced part-way between two marks opens by saying how long is actually left.
• gjallar_status, gjallar_test and gjallar_cancel.
• Optional chat copy of each announcement, off by default.

Notes

• Install on the server only. Players need nothing.
• Gjallar announces restarts, it does not perform them. The daily times must match whatever actually restarts your server.
