Dwarven Storage

DwarvenStorage provides an easy and convenient way to store all of your items in one place on mass. You can also use the interface to craft items using upgrades you can craft in order to add the different crafting stations throughout the game to it. This mod is similar to other mass storage mods from other games like Refined Storage and Applied Energisitics from Minecraft or Magic Storage from Terraria.

Features

Interface

• Buildable piece called Storage Interface (Recipe Below)
• When opening the interface, there is the container area on the left, custom Interface GUI in the middle, and crafting window on the right
• The storage area is like any normal chest, however can be expanded with extensions (See later section)
• The middle part acts as the upgrade hub and area that lets you pick which crafting station the interface will use. The slots are for upgrades meant for each crafting station through the game (see later section on upgrades)
• The right side if the default crafting station, however will use items from your inventory and storage system

Upgrades

• Each crafting station in the game has a respective upgrade for the storage system
• Each upgrade can be upgraded, for example the first workbench upgrade is made at a level 1 workbench and allows the storage system to craft items that a level 1 workbench can. you can then upgrade the workbench upgrade at a level 2 workbench in order to get level 2 workbench recipes craftable in your storage system.
• These upgrades are placed inside of the Custom GUI portion of the Storage Interface (middle area)
• You need the previous tier/upgrade of each crafting station upgrade to craft the next tier of it.

Storage Extensions

• Storage extenions are build pieces that can be placed down in the world around your storage interface.
• There are multiple tiers of extensions each granting more storage space per extension then the last.
• You can place multiple of the same extensions around your interface.
• You can see if an extension is working by looking at it, text should appear whether it is on or not.

Multiplayer Interactions

• Since this is essentially just a chest with extra features it should work fine in multiplayer
• I have done limited testing, trying to use it with 2 people, one player destroying an extension while the other is in it, and some more. What I've found is that it works but sometimes there is delay
• One multiplayer sort of issue kind of not, is that if you break an extension in multiplayer and you aren't like the host or the one ticking the actor. Then you will have to interact with the interface for the item to drop. Even if you save and quit the game and reload the item will still drop the next time someone interacts with it.

Other Notes and Quirks

• When you destroy an extension that contained items, it may take 1-3 seconds for the item to drop on the ground.
• There is a maximum number of rows the storage can have. 75 is the max. I will make it configurable in the furture however lowering it may cause items to disappear so be careful once that does get added.

• Bronze Storage Extension: 10 wood, 4 Bronze, and 2 Surtling cores at a Forge
• Iron Storage Extension: 10 Finewood, 8 Iron, 2 Chains, and 2 Surtling cores at a Forge
• Black Metal Storage Extension: 10 Yggdrasil Wood, 4 Refined Eitr, 10 Black Marble, and 6 Black metal at a Black Forge
• Flametal Storage Extension: 10 Ashwood, 16 Charred Bone, 2 Molten Core, and 4 Flametal at a Black Forge

Workbench

• Workbench upgrade level 1: 5 Wood at a Workbench that is level 1
• Workbench upgrade level 2: Workbench upgrade level 1, 5 wood, and 5 flint at a Workbench that is level 2
• Workbench upgrade level 3: Workbench upgrade level 2, 5 wood, 7 flint, 10 leather scraps, and 2 deer hide at a Workbench that is level 3
• Workbench upgrade level 4: Workbench upgrade level 3, 5 Finewood, and 1 Bronze at a Workbench that is level 4
• Workbench upgrade level 5: Workbench upgrade level 4, 5 Finewood, 2 iron, and 2 obsidian at a Workbench that is level 5

Forge

• Forge Upgrade level 1: 5 Wood, 2 Stone, 2 Coal, and 3 Copper at a level 1 Forge.
• Forge Upgrade level 2: Forge upgrade level 1, 12 finewood and 5 Copper at a level 2 Forge.
• Forge Upgrade level 3: Forge upgrade level 2, 2 Wood and 1 Bronze at a level 3 Forge.
• Forge Upgrade level 4: Forge upgrade level 3, 2 Wood and 10 Iron at a level 4 Forge.
• Forge Upgrade level 5: Forge upgrade level 4, 5 Wood and 7 Iron at a level 5 Forge.
