Press Left Alt & Y to bring up the Ash Burntwood UI panel. Press Left Alt & Y again (or Esc) to close the UI panel.

Use your mouse to click and drag the panel where you want on the screen.

Ash Burntwood can be renamed like any tamed creature in Valheim. For your convenience, the mod will attempt to remember the name throughout sessions and also from one gaming session to the next.

Ash Burntwood uses Valheim's Blood Magic skill. So, the stronger the Player's Blood Magic skill, the stronger Ash becomes.

If you need to go into a burial chamber, sunken crypt, troll cave, etc or even use a portal—make sure that you Disperse Ash from the UI first. Failure to do so will result in a drop of approximately one level of your Blood Magic skill. You can Disperse Ash at any time without getting a Blood Magic skill penalty.
