RideOnTroll turns Valheim's fearsome giants into loyal companions, war mounts, resource collectors, and walking mobile fortresses!
Tame trolls through resilience, ride into battle while tossing boulders, construct functional buildings and portals directly on their backs, send them on long-distance expeditions across the map, or command them to clear forests and mine veins for you.

✨ How It Works (Made Simple)
- Resilience Taming: Forget sneaking with berries. Stand toe-to-toe with a wild troll and survive for 60 seconds without dealing damage to it. Striking the troll enrages it permanently and forfeits taming!
- Walking Mobile Bases: Snap points and structural integrity have been adapted for the troll's anatomy. Build ballistas, crafting tables, chests, or teleport portals on the troll. Collision logic prevents the troll from clipping into your build pieces.
- Map Route System: Open the map, click to place a route pin, and send the troll traveling across the world. Even across unloaded chunks, the mod simulates the journey and keeps your back-mounted base perfectly attached.
- Smart Resource Mining: Select resource types (e.g. Copper or Core Wood) in the
[Y]radial menu. The troll intelligently navigates to valid nodes, chops trees, excavates veins, avoids hitting foreign pieces, and reports when deposits run dry. - Overhauled Locomotion: Trolls equipped with platforms receive customized obstacle deflection and climbing logic. If an obstacle obstructs the platform on an expedition, the troll will automatically smash through non-dungeon blockades.

✨ Как это устроено (простыми словами)
- Никаких ягодных загонов: Дикого тролля нельзя приручить едой. Примите его вызов и продержитесь против него 60 секунд. Главное правило викинга — не наносить троллю урон: если ударить его, он придет в ярость и приручение будет сорвано навсегда.
- Живая крепость: Тролль поддерживает постройку опорных конструкций прямо на себе. Все прикрепленные постройки, мебель и порталы перемещаются синхронно с великаном, а сам тролль не ломает спиной ваши сооружения.
- Торговые караваны и экспедиции: Поставьте на большой карте маршрутную точку, и тролль сам отправится в путь. Маршрут просчитывается, даже если игрок находится на другом конце мира.
- Умный рабочий: Задайте троллю задачу через радиальное меню
[Y]. Он самостоятельно находит нужные ресурсы, разрушает жилы, следит за доступностью блоков под землей и переходит к следующим целям. - Продвинутый поиск пути: Локомоция тролля переработана с нуля: великан адаптируется к габаритам построенной на нем платформы, аккуратно огибает деревья и сносит мешающие на пути природные препятствия.
