Skyla (Tali.Skyla)
Protective Runic Skýla wards for Valheim 1.0 — build a standing runestone that charges up, blocks griefing in its radius, and can run chime-powered farm, craft, comfort, and weather effects.

- Placeable Runic Skýla (Hammer) with charge-up and radius control
- Shift+E config UI — public access toggles, weather / utility chime pickers

- Chimes bought from Haldor after boss defeat (coins + trophy)
- Charge persists when you toggle the stone off and on
- Blocks building too close to boss altars (configurable)
