This mod requires the following mods to function
denikson-BepInExPack_Valheim
BepInEx pack for Valheim. Preconfigured with the correct entry point for mods and preferred defaults for the community.
Preferred version: 5.4.2350README
TargetPortal
TargetPortal turns every normal Valheim portal into a portal-network terminal.
Use any portal and a map opens. Every portal that has a name/tag appears as a point and in the list. Click a destination and you teleport there. You no longer create pairs of matching portal tags.
How to use it
- Give each portal a clear name in Valheim, for example
HOME,MINE,SWAMP, orBOSS. - Interact with any portal.
- Choose a destination by clicking its marker on the map or its name in the portal list.
- Press
Escor click close to cancel.
Every named portal is available from every other portal. Portal names are used only as labels in the map and list; they do not need to match.
Installation
Install with Thunderstore. BepInExPack_Valheim is installed automatically as a dependency. For multiplayer, install the same mod version on the server/host and on every player client.
Notes
- The mod uses the existing Valheim world and minimap; it adds no map, locations, items, or world generation.
- Empty/unnamed portals are not listed, so give each destination a unique, readable name.
- This is a portal hub: it deliberately replaces the vanilla tag-pairing interaction when you use a portal.
- Portal-item restrictions are not applied to the network teleport, matching the intended fast-travel-hub behavior.
Manual installation
