Algumas alterações no Eitr pra equilibrar com as comidas e equipamentos
mudança nos custos de Eitr dos Scepters, Staffs e Wands bem como balanceamento do dano pra ficar um pouco mais equilibrado com as armas corpo a corpo. Agora causam mais dano early e menos dano End sendo esses ultimos ainda bem fortes porem custando mais mana, vai ser necessario buildar pra usar de forma eficiente.
Aumento na chance de drop do Skill XP do Enchantment System pra 10% de chance de drop e 5% de loss ao morrer, tinha esquecido de aumentar antes sorry :P
