Initial release! Your magic barrier finally has a bar.

• A bar on your HUD showing how much barrier capacity you have left
• A bar under your allies' health bars when they have a barrier, including your Skeletts
• Recasting the barrier now refills it, instead of only resetting its timer
• Works in multiplayer (other players need the mod to share their bar with you, but the refill works for you either way)
• Configurable color, position and size, and a switch to turn the refill off
