Features
- Auto repair — repair worn equipment when opening a suitable crafting station.
- Inventory sorting — tidy your backpack or chest in one click; keep your hotbar and equipped items in place.
- Trash & undo — delete unwanted items and restore the last deletion before closing your inventory.
- Floating items — keep dropped items near the water’s surface for easier retrieval.
- Equipment in water — keep using your equipment while swimming.
- Smooth ladders — walk up steep ladders with an assisted step instead of repeated hopping.
- Build camera — move the camera freely to place, repair and remove pieces while your character stays put.
- Planting grid — plant neat rows with growth-based spacing and alignment to nearby plants.
- In-game clock — see the day and time; drag the clock to a position that is remembered between sessions.
- Fermenter progress — see the percentage and remaining time when looking at a fermenter.

Make it yours
Enable or disable each feature during play with Hugin’s Desk — Configuration Manager or another compatible configuration manager. You can also change the build camera shortcut. The configuration manager is optional.
Known overlapping mods automatically take priority for their matching features. For example, Quick Stack handles sorting and trash, while Plant Easily handles planting. To use Comfy Kit’s version, disable the duplicate mod and restart Valheim.
Good to know
- Equipped and quest items cannot be trashed. Undo needs an empty slot and lasts until the inventory closes.
- Sorting preserves item details, separate stacks and extra inventory rows.
- Building costs, station requirements, protected areas and swimming stamina still apply.
- The build camera stays within 40 metres and exits on damage, death or loss of the building tool.
- The grid supports ground plants; wall vines keep their usual placement.
- In multiplayer, floating items require the player currently simulating those drops to have the feature enabled.
Installation
Requires BepInEx for Valheim. Copy the archive’s plugins/HuginsDesk.ComfyKit folder into BepInEx/plugins, then start the game.
0.1.0 is a test build. In-game validation is still pending.
