Skipable Cutscenes

Forces the game to allow all ingame cutscenes to be skipable with the "A" button.

Known Issues:

• When romancing, you will have the option to skip the cutscene before the loading ends for the romance minigame, Do not skip it until its fully loaded your you will be softlocked.

How it works:

This mod hooks to XuiClass_Scene_Pinata_ModifyAbility and forces the activate button flag to 1 if its ID is 81 aka actionCommand_Back which is used for skiping videos, Their might be uses for the ID that im unaware about, but from my testing it seems to only be the videos.
