- Adds a third, fully working hand at the bottom centre of the screen, operated with the middle mouse button (wheel click) or the scroll wheel.
- Penalties: -10% max stamina on all hands, -10% climbing speed (configurable).
- Hanging stamina drain is shared across every hanging hand (configurable).
- Optional loose-file overrides for the perk artwork and the third hand's pose sprites.
