Conceit is based on Lunar Exploder's "Multishot," and modelled after Rex's "DIRECTIVE: Inject."

Conceit lasts 1 second, scaling inversely with attack speed.

For the first 0.375 seconds of Conceit, it fires shards at a base rate of every 0.125s.

Each projectile does 100% damage with a proc coefficient of 1.0.

Conceit winds up to 300% DPS and 3.0 procs per second.
