FairShare

Adds the Artifact of Fair Share: players with more items pay more and players with fewer items pay less for money-based interactables.

Configurable dead zone, per-item scaling, and minimum/maximum price multipliers.
Excludes temporary, hidden, and NoTier items from wealth calculations.
Keeps vanilla/shared world-space prices while showing the authoritative personal price in the interaction prompt.
Tested in multiplayer.
