• To start this item's effect, you are required to both not receive any damage and not use offensive skills for 3 seconds.
• Due to specifics of how cooldowns work, lowering skill cooldown instantly shortens it instead of making it recover faster, which makes it so enough stacks of this item makes any skill instantly recover the moment it's effect becomes active. But after effect is removed, skills will return to their normal cooldown instantly, which will allow to only use one offensive skill with benefit of shortened cooldown. • This item is specifically useful for characters with non-offensive mobility skills, allowing for easier and faster stage traversal out of combat. |
