Owner items that affect equipment are copied onto the drone, so the player's Fuel Cell, Gesture of the Drowned, Bottled Chaos, Pocket I.C.B.M. and Soulbound Catalyst speed up and multiply the drone's equipment too. War Horn is the exception: copying it would buff the drone, so instead the owner gets the attack speed from their own stacks whenever a drone fires equipment.
