Stage Debrief
A clean, compact debrief card that appears by itself the moment you leave a stage, and disappears when the next one loads. No buttons, no menus, no cursor.
What it shows
- The stage you just cleared, with its preview picture, name, time spent on it and total run time.
- Your stage stats: kills, damage dealt, gold earned, damage taken and deaths, counting up as the card appears.
- Items you picked up this stage, with their icons, rarity colours and stack counts.
- Loot you left behind: opened / total for chests, multishops, drones, shrines and money barrels, plus a "missed" count (green when you got everything).
- Your run so far: a strip of small map thumbnails, one per stage, with the current one highlighted.
Controls
| Key | What it does |
|---|---|
| (none) | The debrief shows automatically when the teleporter (or any exit) starts taking you out. |
| F6 | Peek at the current stage at any time during a run. Press again to close. |
The card never takes your mouse or keyboard, and it hides itself while the console is open or the game is paused.
Configuration
Edit the settings with r2modman's Config editor (file com.stagedebrief.stagedebrief.cfg):

| Auto-hide after seconds | 30 | Safety limit if the next stage is slow to load. |

| UI scale | 1.0 | 0.6 to 1.5. |
| Vertical position | 0.08 | 0 is the centre of the screen; positive moves it up. |
| Panel opacity | 0.92 | 0.6 to 1.0. |
| Animations | Full | Full, Reduced (fade only) or Off. |
| Speed multiplier | 1.0 | Animation speed. |
Good to know
- Client-side. Tested in singleplayer. Other players do not need the mod. Playing as a multiplayer client has not been tested yet; if something looks off there, please report it.
- What counts as loot: chests of every kind (including equipment barrels, lunar pods, void cradles and lockboxes), multishops (a group of terminals counts as one), drones and turrets, shrines, and money barrels. Printers, scrappers, cleansing pools and portals are not counted, since using them is not "looting".
- Console commands (open the console with Ctrl + Alt +
):debrief_dumpprints everything recorded this run to the log;debrief_statnames` lists the game's stat names.
Credits
- Inspired by StageRecap by Lawlzee, which pioneered stage-end interactable counts.
- Stage previews and item icons are the game's own art, loaded from your installed game at runtime; none of it is included in this package.
Reporting a problem
Please include your BepInEx/LogOutput.log (r2modman: Settings, then Browse profile folder). Stage Debrief writes a one-line summary to the log each time the card appears, which makes problems much easier to track down.
