Overview
FruityBossDrop is a minor overhaul mod centered on the drops acquisition of Yellow-tier (AKA Trophy) items. We believe the mechanic is horribly underbaked in vanilla and deserves some love!
Adds:
- Boss items drop from killing Champions and Bosses instead of by the teleporter (Drop rates configurable)
- Removes Overgrown (boss item) printers (Config to disable)
- Reworks Trophy Hunters Tricorn (Config to disable)
- Retiers Wake of Vultures (Config to disable)
- Reworks Horde of Many (Config to disable)
Overgrown Printers
Removed for the purpose of emphasizing the bosses themselves rather than treating trophy items like tokens you can trade to get the most OP one. Trophy items themselves remain scrappable (unless they arent).
Trophy Hunter Tricorn Rework
Target a champion to sever with a mighty blast of damage, instantly dropping its Trophy item and permanently Crippling, Hemorrhaging, and reducing its max health by 25%
Horde of Many Rework
Monsters spawned by/included in Horde of Many are now ALWAYS elite.
Wake of Vultures Rework
Now Boss tier - Drops from Horde of Many.
