Spells take 10 seconds to channel, as in FFXI. You can move while casting.
Passive:
- Auto Regen: high natural regeneration.
- Magic Defense Bonus: damage over time (burn, poison, bleed, blight…) is halved.
What plays as in FFXI
- Spells: the casting circle and hum under AV, the launch light at release, then the spell itself on the target.
- 2-hour abilities: the original routines drive AV's motions, his colored aura and his color fades.
- AV himself:
- his entrance once out of the drop pod;
- his attack, hurt and death cries;
- his weapon swing sounds;
- his death collapse;
- the polearm vanishing or reappearing when he switches stance.
