Pinned Timed Fuse Grenades

Pinned Impact Fuse Grenades

Pinned grenades have a pin and spoon; to arm the grenade, remove the pin. The grenade isn’t live until the spoon is also removed, which is automatically released when the unpinned grenade is thrown. Capped Grenades, unlike pinned grenades, lack a spoon and therefore are armed as soon as the cap is removed (the Stielhandgranate has a cap and a pull cord, the pull cord is what arms the grenade). These grenades have a timed fuse, which means that it will explode a few seconds after the pullcord is removed.
