This a big modpack I made for my friends, it's easier to get everyone up to date that way. Adding more mods as time goes on.
I recommend playing with the config files of ScoopysVarietyMod and SCPFoundationDungeon. You can change the spawn rate there. (I personnaly put changed it to 25)
