1.0.0

First release. Southpaw Systems replaces Kirk's Pack: instead of a list of other people's mods, it's one suite of in-house features on top of a smaller set of bigger mods.

  • One config file, BepInEx/config/SouthpawSystems.cfg, with an on/off switch per feature.
  • Built in, replacing 11 mods: FasterItemDropship, FlashlightToggle, WalkieUse, HideChat, HealthMetrics, ToiletPaperNormalizer, YippeeMod, Coroner, More Suits, Master Chief Suit, Badman Suit.
  • New: DropshipMusic, NoCompanyFines, GhostCam, UtilitySlotPosition, CarryWeightFix, SoundLimit.
  • New: CrewStats, a leaderboard screen on the ship (scrap found, value, deaths, steps per player, saved with the save file).
  • New: ScrapBlacklist. Dine's body parts (Ribcage, Bone, Ear, Foot, Hand, Knee, Tongue) no longer spawn; the Heart stays. Change the list in the config.
  • New: EnemyBlacklist. The Backwater Gunkfish, Cadaver Growths (and their Bloom) and Feiopar no longer spawn; change the list in the config.
  • New: NoIndoorFog. The random fog inside the facility is gone; outdoor fog stays.
  • New: QuietCats. NeedyCats' cats no longer draw Eyeless Dogs (or other monsters) to the ship when they meow. You still hear them. Turn on Everywhere to make them harmless off the ship too.
  • GhostCam has a light only you can see (F while dead).
  • Comes with Kirk's settings for the bundled mods: 300 starting credits, up to 10 players, a 30-item dropship, the extra ship monitors and more (GeneralImprovements, MoreCompany, Mirage, NeedyCats, GoodItemScan, MaskFixes, LobbyControl).
  • A shorter, pinned dependency list: the 21 mods chosen for the pack plus their key libraries at tested versions (33 instead of 57). Everything else comes along automatically.
  • Better than the mods it replaces:
    • Dropship arrives immediately and waits until opened, so a slow map load can't make it leave with your items. It also handles the game's second "landed" animation callback, which FasterItemDropship missed.
    • DeathCauses names the monster ("Mauled (Thumper)") and needs no networking library.
    • FlashlightKey finds any flashlight you carry, prefers one with battery, and ignores the key while the pause menu is open.
    • WalkieKey always stops transmitting when you let go, even if you opened a menu mid-sentence.
    • Hotkeys don't need InputUtils.
  • Carried over from Kirk's Pack: the Tomb/custom interior green-fog fix.
