README

LethalFazbear

Five Nights at Freddy's in Lethal Company: Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and Golden Freddy as enemies that move like the Garry's Mod FNAF pill packs, and a new moon, 87-Fazbear: Freddy Fazbear's Pizza at night, with Fazbear's Fright underneath. Survive five nights.

What's included

Everything you need is bundled: the animatronic models (the pill pack's models and Splinks' FNAF 1 pack), their animations and jumpscares, the map "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Nights" with its props and textures, the map "Fazbears Fright Map (Fnaf3, Remade!)", and the FNAF 1 posters. No Garry's Mod or SFM needed.

  • Sounds: out of the box the animatronics use Lethal Company's own sound effects (the Jester's music box, heavy metal footsteps, screams, roars, laughs, alarms, creaks), straight from the game. No extra downloads.
  • The real FNAF sounds (optional, recommended): install either or both of these and LethalFazbear uses them:
    • ShitShowTeam's FnafSoundsOverhaul: the jumpscare screams, Freddy's laugh, the music box, footsteps, Phone Guy, static and more
    • ATRK's FNAF Sounds and Music: vents, the 6 AM chime, the Fazbear's Fright ambience and elevator music
  • LethalFazbear reads these packs' sound files itself, so they work even if you switch the packs off in your mod manager, and by default they don't replace Lethal Company's own sounds everywhere else (LetSoundPacksReplaceGameSounds turns that back on). Turn UseFnafSounds off to use only Lethal Company's sounds.
  • Original FNAF sounds from Garry's Mod (optional): if you own Garry's Mod, subscribe to the LethalFazbear FNAF Sounds collection ("Subscribe to all") and open Garry's Mod once; LethalFazbear picks those up too.
  • Half-Life 2 / CS:S props used by the maps (kitchen appliances, desks, chairs, lockers…): if you own Garry's Mod or Counter-Strike: Source you see the real ones; everyone else sees stand-ins built to the same size from Lethal Company's own materials, so nobody's pizzeria is missing its furniture.
  • Half-Life 2 textures on Fazbear's Fright's walls and floors: without them you get look-alikes made from Lethal Company's materials, with the same patterns, colours and scale (tile walls with missing tiles, cinder blocks, checker floors, quilted metal, hazard stripes...), so the Fright still looks like FNAF 3.
  • Your own sounds: drop files in BepInEx/config/LethalFazbearSounds/ named after the sound slot (scream.wav, musicbox.wav, step1.wav…). Your files win over everything else. SOUNDS.md lists every slot.
  • LethalFazbearSounds comes with LethalFazbear (installed automatically as a dependency). It holds the mod's own sound pack; switch it off in your mod manager if you'd rather not use it.
  • Sound packs: any mod with a LethalFazbearSounds folder of files named the same way is picked up automatically, so you can share your sounds on Thunderstore.

Multiplayer: everyone in the lobby needs the same version of LethalFazbear. Works with LethalLevelLoader, FNAF Sounds and Music and FnafSoundsOverhaul.

87-Fazbear

Type fazbear (or route fazbear) in the terminal (also listed under moons, with an info page). You land in the parking lot of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza at night. The map is imported with its real geometry, props, materials and lights, and the windows are solid. By default there's no weather, no turrets, no mines and no other monsters: only the animatronics.

  • Freddy, Bonnie and Chica perform on the Show Stage, Foxy hides in Pirate Cove, and Golden Freddy sits slumped in the Kitchen
  • The office has FNAF security doors: a DOOR and a LIGHT button by each doorway. Close a door and nothing gets through... except Foxy, who bangs on it and breaks it open after five hits. The desk fan hums.
  • FNAF ambience, children giggling, the circus tune, and Phone Guy calling the office desk phone when 12 AM hits (a different call each night)
  • The only way down is the exit door in the back room under the red light

Five nights

The quota lasts five days (one week at Freddy's), and each day is a night: when you land on 87-Fazbear you're told which night it is. Every quota starts at Night 1, and Night 1 is gentle. Every night after that the animatronics wake sooner and hunt harder, and Night 5 is the worst.

The night (12 AM – 6 AM)

On 87-Fazbear the clock shows a FNAF night: you land around 10 PM, 12 AM arrives a quarter of the way through the day, and 6 AM (chimes!) is when the ship leaves. The band stays powered down until 12 AM, then roams and kills until 6 AM. Golden Freddy can show up any time.

They wander, and come after you when you get too close or walk into their line of sight. Break line of sight and hide, and they'll check where they last saw you, then lose you and go back to wandering.

Fazbear's Fright

Behind the exit door is Fazbear's Fright, the horror attraction, instead of a normal Lethal Company interior. It has two floors joined by a real freight elevator: call it from the panel beside its door on either floor and press the button inside to ride. The breaker box is in the office, the apparatus is somewhere in the basement, and you can crawl through the vents (crouch at a vent opening). FNAF 3 ambience plays, and the alarm sounds when the power goes out.

Stay out of the dark corners. Something else lives down here, and it doesn't like visitors who leave.

The animatronics

Pill-pack style: servo walk and sprint, heads that track you, singing jaws, and a full-screen jumpscare for each one (Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy from FNAF 1, Golden Freddy's from Ultimate Custom Night), which kills you. They can't be killed, but hitting one with a shovel (or any weapon) knocks it offline for a few seconds.

Behaviour
Bonnie Leaves the stage first. Roams, chases on sight, and "skips" forward when nobody's watching.
Chica Heads to the kitchen and clangs pots (listen!). Doesn't give up a chase easily.
Freddy Only moves when nobody's looking, laughing. Get close and the power goes out, the Toreador March plays... then he rushes you.
Foxy Peeks out of Pirate Cove. Once he's out he's much faster than the others and zig-zags across the pizzeria looking for someone; if he finds nobody he walks back to the cove and waits until nobody's watching.
Golden Freddy Stare and he's gone. Later he sits behind you. Turn and stare for 2 seconds: IT'S ME.

They can also crawl out of vents on other moons (configurable).

Posters

The pizzeria's walls have FNAF 1 posters. Look at one and press Ctrl+F11 to see its number, then change any of them with PosterOverrides (for example 7=bonnieposter, 12=foxyposter). The pictures available are bonnieposter, chicaposter, chicaposter2, foxyposter, freddyposter, freddyposter2, celebrateposter2 and rules1.
