R97KillCounterFix
Moves the R-97's kill counter forward onto the barrel shroud (bone 74); the ADS attachment bone (75, parent of every sight bone) is compensated, so no sight moves and aim is unaffected. Client-side; edits 2 values in the model's bone table.
