CHANGELOG
Changelog
0.2.4
- Fix another client cart-handle activation race: wait for the grabbing player's exact cart-local grip point before evaluating Strong mode.
- Carry a fresh, validated handle grab through the native area and steering updates without a 100 ms timer expiring between them.
- Keep side grips in Weak mode; repeated or late messages cannot reactivate a completed/released grip.
- Everyone in the lobby must update and restart. Built and rule-checked; this update has not yet been tested in a live game.
0.2.3
- Give normal cart grabbing priority over the attached hook near the handgrip.
- Release the tow connection as soon as the host accepts a player's cart grab, before cart steering applies.
- Stop holding the cart in towing mode when a player takes over.
- Refresh the normal short handle-activation window when a new guest grab is registered on the host. Native Strong/Weak grip checks and steering remain in charge.
- Keeps intentional hook clicks usable beside the cart's hand and arrow panels.
- Includes the multiplayer controls and synchronization fixes from 0.2.2. Both scooter sizes and a private-lobby network check passed; a full two-player session remains unverified.
0.2.2
- Fixed multiplayer messages not being sent, preventing guest drivers from changing speed and other players from using the hook.
- Speed limits, boost and hitch state now reach the other players.
- The actual-speed marker uses the host's measured speed, so it also works on other players' dashboards.
- Guest players can select a cart's attachment eye correctly.
- Rapid scrolling applies each step to the current speed setting instead of reusing an older value.
0.2.1
First public release.
- Tow a cart behind either scooter size using a physical hook and attachment eye.
- Adjust the speed limit with the scroll wheel while driving.
- Toggle boost with a dashboard button and see your speed on a segmented gauge.
- Guest drivers control their own scooter too.
- Grabbing the cart normally automatically disconnects it.
- No added debug hotkeys or screen-space overlay.
