Upgrade items apply to every player in the lobby, not just one. Updated fork of DuckyVR's UpgradesForAll for the current game version, including the newer upgrades.

- Rebuilt for the current game version (the game's upgrade methods now take a value parameter; the original mod threw MissingMethodException when any upgrade item was used)
- Added support for the upgrades introduced since: Tumble Climb, Tumble Wings, Crouch Rest, Death Head Battery
- New plugin GUID (Jeff.GroupLevelUp) so it can't conflict with the original mod
