Separate Monitor Player 2
Play R.E.P.O. locally with a controller-operated second player displayed on a separate monitor.
May be bugged but I promise I am updating this constantly, and will try to fix any issues. The previous uploaded version would only work with the AdjustableGameEconomy mod. I am working to fix this issue and prevent future mods from causing the same problem.
Version 1.0.0 compatibility fix
Player 2 now runs on its own persistent Unity manager instead of relying on the shared BepInEx plugin object. This prevents unrelated mods from accidentally determining whether the Player 2 manager survives game startup and scene changes.
AdjustableGameEconomy is not bundled, modified, or required.
Preserved gameplay
The original Player 2 gameplay remains intact, including:
- Controller movement and camera controls
- Player model and cosmetic cloning
- Character animations and physics
- Grabbing and interaction behavior
- Player 2 HUD, map, flashlight, and TTS features
Installation
Install through your preferred Thunderstore-compatible mod manager, or place the included DLL in your R.E.P.O. BepInEx/plugins folder.
Remove older copies of Separate Monitor Player 2 before launching the game. BepInEx may otherwise skip one copy as a duplicate.
