Flash light Enhanced
Version 1.0.0 | By Reborn Reaper | Schedule I, Windows IL2CPP only
Customise your flashlight's colour, brightness, distance and beam angle. Includes Lumen, a dedicated in-game phone app with a neon-green flashlight icon.
Requirements
- Schedule I, Windows IL2CPP branch. Mono / alternate is unsupported.
- MelonLoader 0.7.3.
- S1API Forked 3.2.1, including its IL2CPP runtime and loader/plugin.
- Optional: Mod Manager & Phone App for main-menu configuration (tested with 2.2.4).
MelonLoader and S1API are declared as required dependencies for automatic installation by compatible mod managers. Dependencies are not bundled. The tested game version is 0.4.7f12. The optional Mod Manager is not required for Lumen.
Install with Thunderstore Mod Manager / r2modman
- Close the game and select a Schedule I profile for the IL2CPP branch.
- Remove older manual copies of
FlashLightEnhanced.dllfrom game and profile Mods folders. Keep only one flashlight customisation mod installed. - Install Flash light Enhanced with its required dependencies enabled.
- Launch through the mod manager, load a save, open your phone and select Lumen.
Manual installation
- Close the game and install MelonLoader and the complete S1API IL2CPP package.
- Remove older or conflicting flashlight DLLs as described above.
- Copy
Mods/FlashLightEnhanced.dllfrom this archive into your game'sModsfolder. - Launch the game, load a save and select Lumen on your phone.
The phone icon is embedded in the DLL. The archive's icon.png, manifest.json
and README.md are Thunderstore metadata; no separate image or default config
needs to be installed into the game.
Lumen controls
| Control | Meaning | Accepted values |
|---|---|---|
| Enabled | Custom appearance; disable to restore captured vanilla values | On / off |
| Hue | Flashlight colour, with Green and White presets | #RRGGBB |
| Output | Brightness | 0–10 |
| Projection | Beam distance | 1–200 |
| Spread | Beam angle in degrees | 1–179 |
Use the numeric fields or +/- buttons. Use a dot for decimals. Press Apply to save the whole form, including Enabled. Valid changes apply within approximately one second. Back returns to the phone home screen. Closing and reopening discards unsaved edits. If another interface changes settings while a draft is open, close and reopen Lumen to refresh before applying.
Restore defaults immediately saves white (#FFFFFF), Output 3,
Projection 40 and Spread 80. It retains the currently saved Enabled
setting and replaces unsaved drafts. These are the mod's defaults, not measured
vanilla flashlight values.
Main-menu configuration
With Mod Manager & Phone App installed, open Mods > Config > Flash light Enhanced. Valid edits save immediately. Reopen the panel after changes in Lumen or the JSON file to refresh displayed values. The Restore default settings toggle resets the four appearance values and turns itself off. The manager's red Reset button also resets Enabled.
Configuration file
Settings are generated at UserData/FlashLightEnhanced.json in the active game
or mod-manager profile. Check the MelonLoader log for the exact path.
The JSON keys are Enabled, LightColor, Intensity, Range and SpotAngle.
Valid manual edits reload automatically; invalid edits retain the last valid
settings and produce a warning in the MelonLoader log.
Test status and support
The existing public release records successful solo tests for flashlight use, main-menu configuration, Lumen, restored defaults, settings carryover between interfaces, save reload, death/respawn, game restart and customer deals. Automated configuration checks: 84 passed.
Multiplayer is unverified. Host/client feedback is welcome; compatibility is not confirmed. Other game, loader and S1API versions are unverified. The Thunderstore package layout has been checked locally; installation through a mod-manager profile still needs an in-game check.
When reporting a problem, include game, MelonLoader and S1API versions, host/client status if applicable, reproduction steps and relevant MelonLoader log entries.
Uninstall
Uninstall through your mod manager, or remove the manually installed
FlashLightEnhanced.dll from Mods. Generated settings can be retained for
reinstallation or removed. Keep shared dependencies needed by other mods.
