TML Heat
Dealing leaves a trail. TML Heat adds a heat system to Schedule I: witnesses talk, unhappy customers snitch, deal spots leave evidence, and when things get hot the police raid your properties. Detective Ray Vance can make problems go away, if the price is right and he isn't wearing a wire.
Features
- Heat from 0 to 100, built up by your deals, your dealers' deals, witnesses, informants and evidence. It cools off each day, and Vance warns you as it climbs.
- Informants: people who see you deal and customers you've neglected start talking to the police. Vance texts you their name and offers to handle it.
- Unpaid staff: every hour an employee's locker has no cash, they talk. Fill their locker to shut them up.
- Evidence: every deal, yours or your dealers', leaves a traceable spot for a few days. Patrols can find it, and the fresher it is the more likely they are to. Pay a cleaner to wipe it.
- Corrupt cop: Vance can lose your file, call off a pursuit or silence an informant. Every bribe builds trust and makes a sting less likely. Get stung and you're wanted on the spot.
- SWAT raids: at high heat, a team breaches one of your properties, opens every door and sweeps the place. Be inside and you get a few seconds' warning before they come for you. Be elsewhere and part of your bank balance is seized. Your staff there are held for a few days either way. Once Vance trusts you, he warns you ahead of time.
- Investigations: at high heat, police occasionally start looking for you.
- Vance's moods: he asks for cash favours that build trust fast, can point the police at a rival for a price, and sells you out if trust stays low while heat stays high.
- Loyalty: long-serving staff and dealers are slower to talk. Anyone leaving custody comes back loyal or as an informant.
- Dealer arrests: at high heat your dealers get picked up. Bail them out the same day or lose their cash and product.
- The street reacts: patrols follow your evidence, nervous customers stop ordering, and undercover officers pose as customers.
- Personal and crew heat: in co-op, each player has their own heat as well as the crew's. A 7-day history chart shows the trend.
- Heat app on your phone shows where you stand and puts every action one tap away. Unlocks at Street Rat III.
- Co-op: everyone with the mod shares the host's heat, texts and raids. Players without it are unaffected.

Notes
- Heat is saved in the host's save file. In co-op, players with the mod see and act on the host's heat; their actions are sent to the host, which runs everything.
- Raids seize money, not items. The game doesn't expose which storage belongs to which property.
- Raids use TML Heat's own four-officer SWAT team. They're hidden between raids. If you escape a raid, the regular police take over the chase.
Building
Set GamePath in local.build.props to your Schedule I folder, then run dotnet build -c Release.
