Do You Catch My Drift?
Turns your vehicles into proper drift machines and fixes the broken overpass near Hyland Point. Tune grip, power, and handbrake behavior to find your own balance between planted and sideways, then take it out on the open road - or the bridge that finally has a road surface again.
Main features
- Drift Physics - It can be a bit squirly, but the cars are much more fun to drive when you can slide them around corners.
- More Power - Adds an engine and gearing system to really make the cars feel closer to rally vehicles.
- A Mountain? - A mountain has been added across the bridge with a track going around it. Will be improved on in future updates.
- Live HUD - an optional on-screen readout of gear, RPM, and surface while you drive
- Toggle On The Fly - flip drift physics on/off and show/hide the HUD with a keypress, no menu digging required
- Fixed Overpass - the overpass near Hyland Point is repaired: no more gaps in the road, no more invisible collision poles from trees poking through the bridge deck
- Customizable - tune physics values yourself in
UserData/MelonPreferences.cfg
Controls
- F5 - toggle the rally HUD
- F6 - toggle rally mode on/off
