denikson-BepInExPack_Valheim
BepInEx pack for Valheim. Preconfigured and includes unstripped Unity DLLs.
Preferred version: 5.4.2202README
Scroll To First Person
An add-on for Valheim Plus (Grantapher build). Zoom the camera all the way in, scroll in once more, and you are in Valheim Plus first person. Scroll out to go back to third person at the closest zoom.
Client-side only. Requires Valheim Plus with [FirstPerson] enabled = true. The Valheim Plus hotkey still works as before.
Face where you look
Your character always turns to face the way the camera is looking, instead of the way you are walking, so walking sideways or backwards strafes. Sitting, emotes and steering a ship are left alone.
[FaceLookDirection] Enabled(default true)[FaceLookDirection] OnlyInFirstPerson(default false) - set true to keep normal third-person movement and only face-lock in first person.
Details
- The wheel is ignored for switching in the same situations the game ignores it for zooming: inventory, map, menu, chat, console, build mode (where the wheel rotates pieces).
- Config:
BepInEx/config/com.burks.scrolltofirstperson.cfgEnabledSwitchCooldownSeconds(default 0.3) - stops one long spin of the wheel flipping back and forth.
- Built against Valheim Plus 0.10.2.0 / Valheim 1.0. If a Valheim Plus update changes its first-person code, this mod turns itself off and says so in the log.
