Portal Name Boards
Every portal gets a board with its name on top. So you see the name before you walk into it.
The name glows a bit, so you can read it at night too. When someone renames a portal, the board changes with it.
It works on the wood and the stone portal. It runs only in your game, so it works on any server and nobody else needs it.
Manual install
Put the PortalNameBoards folder into BepInEx/plugins.
