An improved notification system, inspired by the now unfortunately outdated mod NotificationsOverhaul (by blacks7ardev on Nexusmods). Basically a clean remake of that mod, no stolen code or assets were used.

- Stacked notifications with icons.
- Identical notifications merge their amounts.
- pretty configurable i guess
- Configuration can be server-synced and locked by server admins.
Known compatibility:
- Azu Extended Inventory (automatically moves down the custom notifications when it's quickslots are present)
