KuickStash
Quick-stash your inventory into nearby chests with a single key press.
Press K (configurable) and KuickStash moves the items from your inventory into the chests around you. By default, only chests that already contain the same item are used, so your storage stays organized.
Features
- One key press stashes everything that belongs in a chest
- Fills up existing stacks first, then uses free slots
- Nearest chests are used first
- Only uses chests that already contain the item (optional)
- Stashes uncooked food (berries, mushrooms, honey, ...) but keeps cooked food in your inventory (optional)
- Skips your hotbar (the top inventory row, optional)
- Never moves equipped items, quest items, potions, ammo, tools, weapons, armor or trinkets
- Respects chest access: skips chests that are currently in use, private chests of other players and chests protected by foreign wards
- Fully configurable
Installation
- Install BepInExPack Valheim
- Install this mod with the Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman, or manually extract
KuickStash.dllinto yourBepInEx/pluginsfolder
Configuration
The config file is created after the first start in BepInEx/config/ (the file name ends in .cfg and contains kuickstash).

How cooked food is detected
Food that comes out of a cooking station (campfire, iron cooking station) or the cauldron counts as cooked and stays in your inventory. Other food, such as berries, mushrooms or honey, counts as uncooked and is stashed. Potions and mead always stay with you.
Notes
- The key is ignored while typing in chat, while the console or a menu is open, and during cutscenes.
- Raw meat and fish are crafting materials in Valheim and are always stashed.
