Bandit Encore
Adds Encore, a new special skill for Bandit based on Desperado.
- Fires a revolver shot for 200% damage with Slayer.
- Each kill with Encore grants a stack that permanently adds +5% damage to the skill.
- Stacks persist between stages for the entire run.
- 8 second cooldown.
