StackedDifficulties
Play with several difficulties at once. Pick your base difficulty in the lobby as normal, then list additional difficulties to stack on top - their scaling values are multiplied together.
Usage
Settings -> Mod Options -> StackedDifficulties -> Stacked Difficulties
Comma separated, for example: Monsoon, Typhoon
With Normalize To Rainstorm enabled each entry multiplies by
scaling / Rainstorm scaling, which is gentler - and stacking Drizzle that way
actually makes a run easier (x0.5).

Modded difficulties work too - names are matched against the difficulty catalog.
Changelog
1.1.0 - Fixed a crash: the difficulty fields were being written through reflection as if they were properties, which threw on every recalculation. They are now assigned directly, the hook is wrapped so it can never break a run, and the multiplier is cached instead of recomputed thousands of times.
