Hiruzen Sarutobi
The Third Hokage, the Professor, the God of Shinobi.
- Adamantine Staff: Monkey King Enma as a staff that stretches, sweeps, telescopes 25 m to swat flyers out of the sky, and grows into a colossal slam. Plant it to pole-vault high into the air.
- Summon Enma (C): Enma leaps out in a slam and fights at your side while you throw multiplying fuma shuriken. Recall him from anywhere to empower your next strike.
- Five chakra natures (X): a towering Earth Wall, a churning Water Vortex, rings of Air Slashes that cut flyers overhead, a white-hot wave of fire, and Lightning, each on its own cooldown.
- Combos: Soak foes in the vortex and electrify it, ride fire on the Air Slashes, or set an Earth Wall molten.
- Five-Style Massive Combo: four Shadow Clones join you for a five-element convergence that ends in a colossal elemental explosion.
- Two outfits: his black battle garb and the Reanimation look, cracked like an Edo Tensei vessel. Japanese or English voice, picked in the loadout.
Controls
- M1 / M2 / Shift / R as usual; X cycles the chakra nature, C summons or recalls Enma (Staff form <-> Monkey form).
- X and C use ExtraSkillSlots and can be rebound in Settings > Controls (keyboard and gamepad).

- Battle garb or Reanimation (Storm 4's Edo Tensei cracks and dark eyes), picked in the Skins row.
- Japanese or English voice, picked in the Voices row of the loadout.
