Anklet of Bloodlust - RoR2
Adds a new lunar item to Risk of Rain 2.

Anklet of Bloodlust | LUNAR | Killing an enemy grants a stack of Bloodlust, up to 10 (+10 per stack). Each stack gives +5% attack speed and +4% movement speed. Taking a hit of at least 5% of your max health removes half your stacks. Reduces maximum health by 15% (+15% per stack). |
