Pop-up timer:
The time it takes for the Jester to pop up after it starts cranking has been increased by 50%. The initial range for the pop-up timer has been increased from 35-40 seconds to 52.5-60 seconds.
Cranking timer:
The time it takes for the Jester to begin cranking after it targets a player has been increased by 50%. The initial range for the cranking timer has been increased from 13-21 seconds to 19.5-31.5 seconds.
Movement speed:
The Jester's movement speed has been reduced by 25%.
