Bowser Boss Battle v1.0.0
Face Empress's Bowser in a lava arena. Dunk him three times and take his Star.
What This Mod Adds
- This is not a normal REPO level. There is no loot, no quota, and no extraction.
- It is one thing. You against Bowser.
When the level loads you drop onto a volcanic platform floating in a sea of lava. A few seconds later Bowser crashes down in the middle of it, and the fight is on.
Bowser
He is huge, he is angry, and he does not stand still.
He will:
- Breathe a sweeping cone of fire across the arena. Hide behind the boulders, they actually block it.
- Spit volleys of exploding fireballs at the whole team.
- Leap into a ground pound that blasts everyone away from the landing.
- Charge across the platform like a freight train once he gets angry enough.
- Tail swipe anyone dumb enough to crowd him.
- Rain lava bombs from the sky in his final phase.
Keep moving. Standing still is how you die.
Beating Him
- After his big attacks he staggers and his tail glows gold. That is your opening.
- Grab the glowing tail with your PhysGrab. Bowser gets ripped off the ground and launched away from you in a huge arc, straight into the lava.
- Dunk him three times. Every time he climbs back out he comes back faster, angrier and with new tricks.
- Falling in the lava hurts. Do not follow him in.
The Star
When the third dunk lands, Bowser sinks into the lava for good.
- A Power Star rises from where he died and floats down into the middle of the arena.
- Grab the Star to claim the win.
- The lobby gets paid between $55K and $70K.
- The level ends and moves you on.
Notes
- All clients NEED the mod.
- REPOLib is required. BepInEx is required.
- REPOConfig is supported if you want to tweak the settings. Fight settings like throws to win, tail grab window, damage and timers follow the HOST. Music and sound volume are per player.
