Empress Backrooms v1.0.1
A shifting Backrooms level for REPO. Take the elevator down, Extract and take the elevator out... Goodluck.
What This Mod Adds
Empress Backrooms adds a full new REPO level where you get dropped into a shifting Backrooms with creepy events and new enemies. You start inside an elevator and press the button to descend. Once the doors open, you are in the Backrooms and the job is simple:
- Find loot, find the extractor, hit the quota, and get back to the elevator alive.
Once everyone leaves the starting elevator, it disappears into the walls until extraction is finished.
The Backrooms
The level is built around yellow halls, poolroom areas, strange lighting, fog, flickering power, distant noises, and rooms that do not feel like they want to stay the same. Random events can happen while you are inside the Backrooms.
Enemies
The level has a Smiler enemy that stalks players through the Backrooms. It uses line of sight, so it does not magically know where you are forever. If it sees you, it can hunt you. If you break sight and keep moving, you can lose it.
The Smiler can:
- Chase players.
- Hurt and tumble players.
- Mess with player position.
- Fake you out.
- Vanish after attacking.
- Reappear somewhere else in the Backrooms.
????:
- After extraction is finished, something worse is spawned in. Get back to the elevator fast.
Extraction
Loot is scattered around the level as a normal level and yes you get 1 cart! Once the extraction goal is completed, the game tells you to get back to the elevator. The elevator that vanished before is now back and becomes the way out.
When the elevator is ready:
- Get inside.
- Press interact to leave.
- The doors start closing.
- Anyone left outside when the elevator leaves is dead.
Do not finish extraction and then wander around like everything is fine. It is not fine.

- All Clients NEED THE MOD.
- REPOLib is required.
