Minecraft Stronghold Level Fix

Compatibility patch for Minecraft Stronghold Level by AriIcedT on R.E.P.O. 0.4.4.3.

This is one of my favorite custom maps, so I wanted to help keep it playable after the game updates.

Attempts to prevent the duplicate Iron Pickaxe / Iron Sword map error, which can sometimes crash the game when more than one exists.
Restores Minecart physics using the current Small Cart implementation after the R.E.P.O. 0.4.4.3 / Stronghold 1.14.0 breakage. This replaces the earlier attempted Stronghold 1.11.3 Minecart fix.
Keeps the Minecart visual synchronized for host and clients while retaining the current Small Cart hitbox and physics.
Prevents multiplayer inventory warning floods from legacy Stronghold items when they are equipped or unequipped.
Repairs the Carved Pumpkin's missing inventory icon.
Fixed audio issues after the Cosmetics update in R.E.P.O. 0.4.4.3.

Install on the host and all clients. This package is a patch only: install the original Minecraft Stronghold Level separately.
